Your answers are anonymous. I do not ask for your name, student number or email address.
Taking part is voluntary. You can stop at any time before submitting your answers.
Your browser stores a random participation code to prevent duplicate submissions. This code is not linked to your answers.
Unsent answers are temporarily stored in this browser and deleted once participation is confirmed. They are only sent to the server when you submit. Someone using the same browser can view them.
A functional security cookie protects the form against misuse. It is not used to track you.
Good to know: this research uses your own estimates. Your sleep is not measured directly.
